We loved everything about the place, location, amenities, cleanliness, everything was thought of and catered for. Maggie is an amazing host, very easy to communicate with and let us check in early as we arrived on morning flights. Walking distance to Impact arena for the concert we were going to see which was perfect for us. Very relaxed area, even managed a little bird watching before we left at a local lake. We will be back, thanks Maggie 🙏❤️

We celebrated birthday of my daughter, secondary student, with her classmates. There are 3 spacious bedrooms in one house and one separate (but around the pool) building with one more bedroom and kitchen. At the end of the day all kids had a sleepover together in two bedrooms and the rest of the property was empty ) which means there are space for everyone! Everything in great condition. The host was very kind and replied promptly. We cooked and baked on the nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed watching movie on Netflix and YouTube in the living room. There is Villa Market supermarket nearby if you plan to cook. Everything went smooth and I highly recommend this place for family parties away from busy Bangkok.

We stayed at this house during our visit to Bangkok for the J-Hope concert, and it was a great choice! The location is very convenient—only about 5 minutes to Impact Arena by taxi, or around 20 minutes if you prefer to walk. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for getting a good rest after a long day. Right outside the village, there are several restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and even a coin laundry shop, which made our stay extra convenient. The village also has security guards at the entrance, so we felt very safe the entire time. Ms. Maggie, the owner, is so sweet and kind. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book this accommodation again the next time we visit Bangkok. Highly recommended!
