The staff is very helpful and responsive. Location was very good , more in the quiet area than in busy street , but very close to restaurant and shops . Good restaurants and 7 eleven just 5 min away . Kamala area overall best area where we stayed , not so busy and touristy!

Villa was spacious, clean and tastefully designed. Service was excellent - staff were super helpful and hospitable, and made sure our needs were attended to.

Really loved our experience of staying with this villa. In love with their hospitality so much. They are the kindest people I have ever come across to my visit to any country or hotel. Extremely clean apartment with full of amenities. Really enjoyed my stay here. It was the highlight of our 12 day trip to two countries. Lots of love to Namwan, Gamm, Sha sha, Sai, Fang for taking care of us so much.

The property had everything we needed as 2 families on a Christmas break- including a Christmas tree! And a bike that the children loved watching me try to remember how to ride a bike on… Some lovely touches like ice and water provided, inflatables in the pool and lovely soft towels! We were disappointed (our own fault) on booking that the villa with the outdoor pool was not available but the indoor pool was wonderful. Tommy made the stay easy and straight forward, ever ready with advice.

Genesis Villas features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Rawai Beach, 400 metres from Rawai Beach. This villa was palacial. Big spaces, lounge room, full kitchen. Big bedrooms, toilets/bathrooms everywhere. The housekeeping staff kept the place super clean. Communal pool, and our villa had a plunge pool on the roof. Brand new air-conditioners (5) kept the home comfortable in all conditions, quietly and efficiently. Our host Alex is a legend.. nothing he couldn't sort out for us. Location is perfect. Just back from the noisy main strip, walking distance to corner store and all ammenities. Spacious, undercover parking at our front door. Coffee shop next door if you can't be bothered cooking or walking for breakfast.

Everything was great, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you don't mind not being at the beachfront. They have transport to take you to and from the Kamala beach which is 5 mins away.
