The property is new, spotless and quiet with great amenities. The towels were replenished fairly often, which is a total lifesaver for a beach holiday. It has everything you will need for a classic phuket holiday. It's a short walk away from the 7-11 and eateries in kamala. Would love to come back and stay again!

Our host was really kind and helpful. The villa is in a silent place but near to old Phuket and the market. It was a good choice.

Genesis Villas features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Rawai Beach, 400 metres from Rawai Beach. This villa was palacial. Big spaces, lounge room, full kitchen. Big bedrooms, toilets/bathrooms everywhere. The housekeeping staff kept the place super clean. Communal pool, and our villa had a plunge pool on the roof. Brand new air-conditioners (5) kept the home comfortable in all conditions, quietly and efficiently. Our host Alex is a legend.. nothing he couldn't sort out for us. Location is perfect. Just back from the noisy main strip, walking distance to corner store and all ammenities. Spacious, undercover parking at our front door. Coffee shop next door if you can't be bothered cooking or walking for breakfast.

One of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. Picture perfect. Staff incredibly helpful and on hand to book free shuttles to and from Kamala beach (which is helpful as grab taxis relatively expensive compared to Krabi etc).

Baan Ratchapruek is set in Phuket Town, 3 km from Thai Hua Museum, 3.1 km from Chinpracha House, and 4.9 km from Prince of Songkla University. Everything cause the owner is super nice guy and the room was so nice to stay there in middle pf phuket town.
