It was beautiful and modern plus extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The property was spotlessly clean! We were upgraded to the 2 bedroomed apartment which we totally loved. It had 2 large terraces and the owner was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was totally amazing and very tasty and filling. There are many surrounding places to eat but a rather nice restaurant directly opposite the accommodation with live music in the evenings. The apartments are 1km from the beautiful long beach where there are tons of places to eat. Would we return to the accommodation - absolutely! Very highly recommended.

Located in Ko Samed, just a few steps from Sai Kaew Beach, The Present Samed pool villa provides beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, pool with a view, a terrace and free WiFi. The villa was beautiful inside and out. Khun Danah (spelling?) was a fantastic concierge; he took care of everything we needed from sunrise to sunset. We were a family of 4, well under the capacity of the villa. this would be a great place for a family reunion or multiple couples as each bedroom has a full bathroom. 20 beach chairs with umbrellas are available for the villa's private use. Khun Danah main task is to keep others from using them. free kayaking is also available. The pool is absolutely wonderful and can be shaded by retractable tarp. we booked the Present Samed private speed boat, they picked us up at parking lot and shuttled us to the private boat and provided a song tao truck from pier to villa and reverse for departure. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally. It is on the expensive side, but it was worth it for a once in a lifetime splurge.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Le Corbusier Style Villa In Green Neighbourhood with Pool is situated in Mae Pim. Great house. The area is quiet and the gardener keeps everything green and nice. We will certainly hire this house again. Easy and near access to the beach and restaurants. Can even get good bread by the bakery near the house. The Mae Phim area and beach is perfect if you want a calm and healing vacation.
