Such a wonderful home, in a very quiet area. If you are looking for an affordable place that is just off the beaten track then this is a great option. Very clean, has all the facilities you would need for a short stay. The area it is located in is very peaceful, you can't help but feel relaxed when you stay there. The host was very helpful as well. Although I didn't meet him in person, he was very communicative and provided us with a lot of good local tips of places to see and restaurants to eat in the local area. He was also flexible with our check in time, which was very much appreciated. We stayed 3 nights, wish we could have stayed more.

The Present Samed pool villa ligger i Ko Samed og har et utendørsbasseng, et privat strandområde og en fellesstue i tillegg til gratis WiFi og utsikt over sjøen. The villa was beautiful inside and out. Khun Danah (spelling?) was a fantastic concierge; he took care of everything we needed from sunrise to sunset. We were a family of 4, well under the capacity of the villa. this would be a great place for a family reunion or multiple couples as each bedroom has a full bathroom. 20 beach chairs with umbrellas are available for the villa's private use. Khun Danah main task is to keep others from using them. free kayaking is also available. The pool is absolutely wonderful and can be shaded by retractable tarp. we booked the Present Samed private speed boat, they picked us up at parking lot and shuttled us to the private boat and provided a song tao truck from pier to villa and reverse for departure. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally. It is on the expensive side, but it was worth it for a once in a lifetime splurge.

Lovely home stay with high quality villas. Host showed us around the property which had multiple villas and a bar/restaurant next to a nice like with fish in it. Villa are clean and nicely designed and comfortable. Water pressure is great and it has everything you need for a long or short term stay. They prepared dinner for me and my 10 friends in the bar for a very reasonable price and took care of us very well. Highly recommend for any travellers.

Le Corbusier Style Villa In Green Neighbourhood with Pool ligger i Mae Pim og har et utendørsbasseng, en hage og en terrasse i tillegg til gratis WiFi og utsikt over innsjøen. Great house. The area is quiet and the gardener keeps everything green and nice. We will certainly hire this house again. Easy and near access to the beach and restaurants. Can even get good bread by the bakery near the house. The Mae Phim area and beach is perfect if you want a calm and healing vacation.
