The area is 100% not flooded and not far from the city. the items in the house are also all like new meaning they are very well taken care of. We are from Malaysian

The recently renovated Hatyai Luxe Stay Private Family House near Hat Yai Park is located in Hat Yai, near Hat Yai Municipal Park and Hatyai Wonders Land. Overall clean and comfortable, but only room at washed linen area as store, not clean. My children are happy and excited to stay this house. I recommend who wishing to go hatyai, better choose this house.. affordable price also.
