Featuring a balcony with pool views, a private beach area and an infinity pool, RoRi Private Luxury Villas can be found in Bwejuu, close to Bwejuu Beach and 17 km from Jozani Forest. We had a very pleasant experience in the RoRi Private Luxury Villas. The villa offers a calm and private atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were always helpful and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my time there. It’s also in a great location, with a lot of restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk away. The area is really peaceful, and there aren’t many people around, so our stay was incredibly private. There is a village where you can buy fresh mangos, bananas, and pineapples (about 10 minutes walk). The villa itself is well-equipped, featuring two bathrooms, air conditioners, a water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, big selection of tea bags and soft drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. It's also well equipped for cooking if needed. Our villa had electrical outlets that fit both European and British standards (and USB as well) so we could charge our phones without adapters. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend the place.

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. Friendly team, nice accommodation well furnished, great skin care products for shower. Excellent breakfast and location. So quiet and well located within walking distance to awesome restaurants.

The rooms were spacious,clean and well put together. Alot of privacy for the ones who like privacy just like us😊 The facilities in the villa worked perfectly well (the fridge,washing mashine,water and etc) The pool water was fresh and not salty (very good on this👏🏻)

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.

What an amazing stay we had! When we arrived we had an exceptional greeting from Calister and her team! There was beautiful fresh fruit and bottled water waiting. The villa is absolutely beautiful and in a stunning location a few steps from the beach! The sea is so warm!! Beautiful swimming pool! We felt very safe here with our 24hr security, Samuel one of the security staff was lovely and friendly and would always give us a warm welcome, the dog that accompanied him “Black” was also very lovely, wary at first but nothing a few leftovers made him realise we were friends, and accompanied us on many walks along the beach. If you are not dog people don’t interact with him and he will leave you alone, but he is lovely! The cleaners, always asked before entering the villa if we needed it cleaned, Marryan (not sure if correct spelling) made some swans and flowers on the beds, very nice touch! We also spent a few hours one evening when we invited her to join our family for some drinks and snacks and comparing out cultures, a very memorable evening. The chap that cleaned the pool was also very friendly greeting us with a smile and a “Jambo” in the morning before he started work. Calister answered any questions we had and we could arrange a driver directly with her, she is an excellent manager, very personable and smiley. The driver we had was called Juma, his English was limited just like my Swahili but google translate was on hand! Such a lovely man,nothing was too much trouble! ask for him if you visit. He would also recommend places to visit and we found that, if you just hire him to drive and take you to attractions it worked out a lot cheaper than getting tickets etc from tour operators, just pay on the door so to speak. We have travelled to a fair few places, but this villa and Zanzibar has captured our hearts, we will definitely be back!! Thank you Calister and her team. Chris

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Paje Emerald Escapes is a recently renovated chalet situated in Paje, 600 metres from Paje Beach. I had such a fantastic experience staying at Paje Emerald Escapes! The villas are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-designed, and a true slice of paradise. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Leslie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From arranging airport transfers to organizing tuk-tuk shuttles, she was constantly helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet. Her kindness really made me feel at home. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to Salim for helping me out when a few geckos made their way into the villa. He came over right away, was extremely helpful, and so kind throughout. I would absolutely stay here again—not just for the stunning villas, but because the people here genuinely care. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paje!

Situated in Paje, Shivo Paje Villas offers a private pool. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. Had the best stay, amazing staff and excellent facilities. Would 100% recommend to anybody. It’s a true Zanzibar experience.
