A great place to relax and recharge and spend some quality time with family. Rosie made our stay even better by looking after us with cleaning and laundry. It made our trip even more relaxing. Highly recommend

Very large house with airy bedrooms, great bathroom, everything was just what we wanted for our special Holliday. Groundsman was very informative and a really nice man, very helpful. Thanks Haidi for our stay in your house.

Offering a sun terrace and a private beach area, Kooyu Villas is set in Port Vila in the Efate Region. Guests at this tranquil can enjoy stunning ocean views. Bed linen is offered. It was right on the beach, it was quiet, relaxing and had the best view. The snorkeling straight in front of the villa was great. Staff were so friendly.

Amazing scenery and genuine, friendly hosts. John, Joe, and Millie helped us feel very welcome and gave us lots of great insights into local life. We also loved the dogs Rosa and Snowflake who kept us company throughout our stay!

Where do you start!? The location is amazing, the buildings are beautiful ,Clean and tidy , the service is amazing nothing is ever a problem. To the ladies at the reception; thank you for everything, they are so kind and helpful, my kids said they miss them already. And finally, the best kava bar in all of efate just across the road.

I was hesitant about booking this place because of its remoteness and that I don’t have a car but glad I did because I loved almost everything about this place. Great bungalow villas - big spacious clean secure (request one of the 3 oceanfront facing if available). There are also 2 units with a/c next to the main house (but not as private nor as charming IMO). My portable stove didn’t work though and sometimes the water went out (eventually returned). Fan only and bed mosquito net. Good WiFi. Even 2 pilates machines available. Best thing about this place is the ocean front property! Surrounding coral is nice for snorkeling. Sea kayaks available. Two onsite menacing looking dogs but both very friendly. The owner wasn’t on site when I visited but Phil and Annie who managed in his absence were great hosts! Annie does a little trailer cafe perfect for breakfast but dinners are on your own. Best to bring food to cook in your kitchen or do restaurants which there’s only one within walking distance (Isle Magic). Again, better to have a car. Overall I’d highly recommend Villa Del Mar for a quiet and peaceful relaxing time. If there’s one recommendation I may suggest: hammocks would be good to have both outside the bungalows and maybe a couple ocean front.
