Kid heaven! The beach is also ideal for swimming (albeit chilly in Jan 24) and soft sand for sandcastles. Sea kayaking was very peaceful. The staff were lovely and friendly. The staff are super friendly and are really helpful too - one of the guys spent ages talking me through how to visit the churches by public transpor, and they have loads of information about trips/excursions! It was quiet when I was there but the staff created a great atmosphere.
