It was a fairy tale-like experience to stay in a property with such history and beauty! It was definitely worth the detour for two nights. Modern amenities were balanced with old charm and expansive grounds (including a moat and a new plunge pool). We stayed in a family suite that was very comfortable. The family who runs the B&B has had the property for more than 200 years. The auberge around the corner is of very good value and quality.

We had a great time at the domaine! The room as well as the whole space were exceptional . Mickael was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We were greeted with a very warm welcome and a wonderful tour where we received an abundance of information about our stay at the Château. Our rooms were very comfortable and we used the swimming pool while relaxing and enjoying the serenity and sunset. The host was friendly and attentive. Breakfast included wonderful fresh figs and home produced honey! We would highly recommend.

My stay at Château MontPlaisir felt like a scene from a fairytale, I was treated like a princess from check in to check out.

Château de Colombier offers accommodation in Saint-Julien. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms include a flat-screen TV. What an incredible spot to sleep for one night or a whole holiday. The hosts are sweet and very helpfull. It is clean, there is an amazing view and everything looks beautiful. We could load our electric car for the night which is perfect. And the French breakfast was more then enough and delicious ofcourse. We are keeping this in mind to stay here more then just one night.
