The house is the perfect location for someone looking for something quiet. It is cool because of the mountains that you face from the balcony. Beautiful sunsets! Ms. Parthena (Pavlina's mother) cooked for her family and she offered us pastry filled with cheese as well as homemade jam. The house also has a garden and a grill that can be used by guests though we didn't use it. There is a chill area in the garden where you can meet other guests. Overall it's very quiet. Very clean. The Toroni beach nearby is 3 minutes by car. Very clean and quiet with tavernas and restaurants where you can eat delicious and not so expensive meals. All in all, we would recommend it and we wish we could stay longer. :)

There is nice garden around a house. Klimataria beach is really close and perfect for small kids. The host is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. We enjoyed our stay at "River rooms kriaritsi" a lot.

Featuring a terrace, Olivia Estate Villa with Private Swimming Pool is a villa, situated in Elia. The property boasts views of the sea and is situated between Nikiti and the cosmopolitan Neos... The house is clean and well maintained. Not all rooms have private bathrooms, but there are additional common bathrooms, so they were more than enough for a group of 8 people. The private parking is very convenient, so, even though some 20 minutes driving is needed to visit the beaches we chose, this was not a problem for us. The host and the cleaning staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The house has lots of open space in the gardens and around the pool.

The rooms are comfortable, there is anything you need for cooking in the kitchen, there is PRIVATE barbecue with big table outside. The house is 2min walking to the beach and central area of Nikiti. The host was really nice and friendly. There are many of compliments like water, wine, sweets, coffee, tea etc.
