Staff was very efficient. Room service was extremely fast. I called for ice one day and it arrived within minutes. Laundry service was excellent and reasonably priced.

My rack rate was inclusive of breakfast which was quite substantial. Most of the staff at reception are able to converse in English which helps when you have minimal Spanish yourself. This is accommodation at an exceptional value for money.

Room was comfortable and well equipped. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast included everything you’re likely to want. This was our second stay here, and we’ll come back if we’re in BA again.
