The breakfast was very varied and enjoyable. The hotel is new,clean,comfotable,nicely furnished and friendly. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable and lovely bedding. Would definatly choose this hotel again.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to the centre but taxis are available if you do not want to. Evening meal and breakfast were both buffet style and above average. Sofia was very helpful in helping to plan trips, taking great care and time to show many different options. She arranged for a driver to take me to the falls and I arranged with him when to pick me up after my trip (1200 pesos). He was excellent and very accommodating. Would happily stay again.

Good location for quick stopover if heading to Patagonia. Hotel was smart, clean. Luggage and car dealt with very smartly. Breakfast and dinner was good. Big games room for kids was great to stretch their legs.

Fatalne śniadania, jedzenie fatalne, nieusmażony boczek, kawa z termosu po która trzeba chodzić w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu to chyba jakas kpina, brak sztućcy na stole, beznadziejna obsługa kelnerska- nikogo nic nie interesuje. 2 razy w ciągu 5 dniowego pobytu rozkodowały się klucze do pokoju. Brak menagera w sobotę żeby porozmawiać o problemach, następnie nie zainteresowany uwagami klientów. Ale jaki menager taki cały serwis. Obsługa nie mówi po angielsku, niektórzy nie znają nawet cyfr, czy nie rozumieją ze zamawiam "kawe". Woda w basenie brudna, czyszczona na szybko tylko raz dziennie rano, po południu odechciewa się wchodzić do basenu. Bardzo rozczarowani... NIE POLECAMY!

Morning recpetion staff always spoke good english and was helpful. Room was clean and offered wonderful views of the lake. Their bed was really comfortable. The showers water strength and hot water was also good. Good selection of pastries for breakfast.
