Das 3-Sterne-Hotel bietet Unterkünfte mit kostenlosem WLAN. the hotel is located extremely close to the city centre. the lady at the front desk is way more than a receptionist: she’s a true host and a real city guide. upon our arrival she gave us a lot of information about the city, where to go, what to avoid, what tour was worth it and so on. the room was extremely clean and cozy. we got the one with the garden view and it was adorable. breakfast was incredible with many options (breads, slices of fruits, yogurts, different types of cheese, ham, salami and more). there is an espresso machine with many different options to choose from and freshly made orange juice. hand sanitizer available all over the hotel. 100% recommend.

The restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating is really nice, convenient, a great place to relax and unwind when you need a break from the crowds. Just on the edge of the old town, a wooded location away from the crowds and yet the city is right there. Great aesthetics. It felt very special.

Boutique hotel 1898 The Post offers accommodation in an iconic, historical building in the heart of Ghent. It is situated in the former post office. Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit liebe zum Detail. Sehr gute Matratzen, habe mich schon lange nicht mehr so erholt nach dem schlaf gefühlt, da ich sehr schlecht schlafe, jetzt weiß ich, dass es an meinem Bett liegt. Frühstück war sehr lecker und Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Werde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und komme selber gerne wieder.
