The view from the bar / lounge is wonderful, it makes eating breakfast or having a drink before bedtime a real pleasure. Beds are big and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, positive atmosphere. Interesting and practical design.

This is a quirky but fun place with an excellent staff who go out of their way to assist. They suggested the best areas for food and sights as you would expect but always added some more personal suggestions that seemed more useful to our immediate needs. Wonderful place and strongly recommended.

Top quality experience. A wonderful and quite place to stay during our bicycling trip. The dinner was expensive, but worth all the money. No vegetarian dish on the menu, but that was easily solved by the kitchen (and I got a brilliant vegetarian dinner anyway).

This countryside hotel is on Jutland Island, 1.5 km from Slettestrand. Set in a refurbished 1875 building, it provides a restaurant, free Wi-Fi and en-suite rooms with a flat-screen TV. Greeted with a smile even showed us our room to make sure we was happy with it. Their english was good seeings though we were from the US. The owners come up to you and have conversation and make you feel right at home. What amazed me is that they had a small bar and a fridge filled with drink. There was also Hard liquor. What we found most extra ordinary is they have a book with your room number so you can keep track of your drinks when they are not there and you pay up with them in the morning. Which tells me these folks are honest and trusting people. I would stay there again anytime we happen to be in Denmark. Again thank you to the owners and their son for making us feel like we was part of their family.
