I have traveled true Finland for work a couple of years now, and I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I had so far. The staff is very friendly and highly skilled. The room was on the smaller side, but very nice quality. Overall a absolute 10 score.

The hotel is in a very interesting area of Helsinki which is a short tram or bus ride away from the city centre. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe getting to and from the hotel, even late at night. Breakfast was lovely too.

Located in Espoo, 1.8 km from Matinkylä Beach, Hotel Matts provides accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. My stay at Hotel Matts was exceptional - the staff was nice and helpful, the room was beautiful, clean and minimalistic and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The hotel is also right next to the metro station, so travel was very easy.
