This is my favorite place in South India. All the staff, from the ever smiling attendant who cleans the toilet to the very helpful guest relations staff, are amazing assets for Kochi Marriot. Our luggage was missing and we never met a more loving and caring person in hotel service than Fagun Singh., the concierge. He made many phone calls to try to locate our things, even after work time. When, at the second day, the luggage was still missing, he ordered us a choclate cake from home. When he found the luggage, he had tears in his eyes from happines, just like us. Furthermore he made sure we got on the right train to continieu our trip and even after we arrived in Goa, he checked if everything went well. The other staff was also very polite and sweet. A true hospitallity experience we had at the Trident, thank you very much!

Set in Aurangabad, Maharashtra region, Hotel Chhaya- Foreign guest only is located 2.9 km from Bibi Ka Maqbara. It is clean. For those who have been to India, hotel area is good (for first visitores maybe wiered, but you are in India). Hotel owner suggest us an excellent Veg resturant, which we enjoyed for two days there. He also offered a reasonable price for Ellora caves and .... for ac cab. So ask him he will definately help you as well. Sum it up, great place to stay.
