The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The Onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We didnt add any extra meals to our booking, but they do offer a free Soba soup and beverages at night. Overall all the amenities added a lot of extra value to the relatively low price of accommodation.

The position of the hotel was really good, a few steps from Gojo metro stop, which is 1 metro stop far from the main Kyoto station. The hotel is quite close to Gion, that can be reached in a 15minutes walk (or with metro). Blossom Kyoto was really cool, the room had a lot of useful facilities (all that could be useful, even pijamas), the bed was comfortable. The onsen was really nice and I really loved the lounge area. The receptionist were attentive and patient towards our requests, the breakfast was very tasty

The hotel and our room were traditionally decorated but everything looked brand new and clean. The staff was very nice. The onsen on the top floor has a beautiful view.

Amazing design, nice and spacious room, excellent bath, perfect location. Best hotel in Japan for us by far.
