We came here after sudden change of plans and having a not so great experience in another location. We stayed at low-mid-high end accommodation during our travel and this one was the high end. It was definitely an expensive stay but everything was perfect and even over the top. We felt safe and cared for at all times and all the staff was absolutely great. It was definitely relaxing not having to worry about anything at all. It was quiet and calm everywhere but we did feel a bit young (if i may say so myself) compared to the rest of the crowd, parents with children mainly or older couples. It’s not a bad thing at all but it was definitely not a “party/fun” type of stay. However they do have live entertainment on specific days of the week and even a DJ. Only mentioning this as we stayed at a very different place before this that was way more lively. Overall a relaxing experience and great location for visiting pigeon island and snorkeling.

It's definitely a home away from home. A lovely couple manage it, and they help you with everything. Beautiful view of Marigot Bay. Very comfortable apartment, too comfy that sometimes we just want to stay in.

Ladera is located on the volcanic ridge between the two Pitons of Saint Lucia. We are the only resort located on the extraordinary 18-hectare UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everything about the hotel is incredible, from the views to the way each room has its own private pool. What made our hotel stay that extra bit amazing was the hotel staff and general management. Everyone from the reception staff to the groundsmen were so helpful, kind and accommodating.

Most resorts on the island are owned by foreign companies which means very little of the $ stays on the island (they don’t pay taxes). this hotel is so spacious and open and we loved the location (near the beach). the people here were lovely and always eager to help! highly recommend this experience over a resort

Very friendly staff super informative and helpful Nice secluded area private more like a jungle theme a lot of greenery pool was ok location was rite on marina and they have 2 nice seating areas to hang out. Rooms were nice and decent air conditioning work very well to cool entire room fancy restaurant rite on the waters edge amazing bar staff was provided separate beach towels, adaptors were in rooms well as regular outlets so I could charge my phone just fine I’m pretty sure each room had a patio we did. They offer yoga on site and have 2 restaurants overall we had a great time wifi was ok very accommodating clothes drying rack provided iron board fan
