The place has very nice Vibes :-) Very special is the beach, where is enough places to rest and just enjoy the sea. We need to highlight Hasan, who is in charge of cleaning, breakfast and is doing amazing job. He is there at 5am sweeeping and fixing breakfast, whole time during the day preparing rooms, doing laudry and at 8PM cleaning after all guests. This guy is amazing and always ready to give a smile.

Set 100 metres from Dhigurah North West Beach, Dhiguveli Breeze offers 3-star accommodation in Dhigurah and has a garden, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Dhigurah Island is amazing, it is paradise. For us, this was by far the most impressive beach we ever saw. The water is cristal clear, the sand is immaculate white and the nature surrounding all of this is stunning. It's hard to get better then this. The hotel is very close to the beach, 3 mins walk. Also the road to the beach is great, with lot's of tropical vegetation. The area is extremely safe, you can comfortable walk around during night or during early morning. A very important plus of this hotel, is that it's restaurant is open from 07:30-21:00. Most of the other good restaurants are opened from 07:30-09:00 & 12:00-14:00 & 19:00-21:00 so they are way more restrictive. We travelled with a 3 year old child, so for us it was great that we could eat whenever it fitted our schedule. The food is great, it has an a la carte menu. You will find something for every taste, we really enjoyed the food here. Another highlight are the fresh juices: watermelon, mango, pineapple, orange to name a few. Fresh and extremely tasty. The rooms are very clean, large bathroom, modern aircon. You get fresh bathroom and beach towels every day. You have a mini market, 1 min from the hotel + 2-3 other good restaurants extremely close if you want to try some other restaurants. The staff, especially the ones working at the restaurant are great, really really great. Reception staff is good as well, responsive and helpful every time you need them. This is not a resort, so you should not expect a resort-like experience. However this is a great hotel and it provides you everything that you need for a great stay. And the beach, the beach on this Island is paradise.

Lagoona Sunset is a 3-star property situated in Maafushi. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi. I rarely leave comments on properties I stay in, but Lagoona Sunset is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, with beautiful smiles, especially Ahmed and Abdelhamid. Ahmed, the manager, is flexible and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, making me feel at home. Thank you! I won’t think twice about coming back or recommending it to others!

Set in Dhigurah, Ari Atoll region, Sands Grand Hotel is situated 100 metres from Dhigurah North West Beach. Grand Hotel is a newly renovated accommodation (partly under renovation) the rooms smells nicely and are clean. We had full board and all meals were served in the second floor restaurant overlooking the whole area and partly the sea. The food was excellent, we were surprised how good the Italian specialties were. The local dishes were also good and traditionally slightly spicy. Only water was served with the meal and the portions were not very large but we didn't mind, perfect for swimwear :-) Don't forget to take repellent even for breakfast (repellent gel was on every room for free, it was very helpful). Thanks to restaurant manager who takes a really good care of us during meals. Bicycles were not available and unfortunately it's quite a walk to the bikini beach, and it's over an hour walk to the romantic end of the island we chose it for. Whether you walk along the beach or through the town and jungle, it really is a pleasant walk. The area around the hotel and the beach is nicely maintained and clean. Shaheen is the young but very experienced manager of the hotel, he always helped us with everything and took us on great excursions and especially because of him we were able to snorkel with the whale shark and mantas. Located in Thulusdhoo, a few steps from Bikini Beach, Samura Panorama Guest House provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel is ideally located along the pristine white sand beach of Thulusdhoo with rooms having a great view of the ocean. The recently constructed hotel looks just like in the pictures, and the staff, led by Sanjay, the hotel manager, extends a warm, polite, and helpful hospitality to each guest. During my stay, I had to balance work, and Sanjay ensured I had access to the fastest internet available. The overall experience was delightful, with all amenities seamlessly functional, and the proximity of the bikini beach area right in front of the hotel added to the convenience. The restaurant offers nice food for lunch or dinner. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to have relax in a bohemian atmosphere.

Facing the beachfront, Stone Hotels Dhiffushi offers 4-star accommodation in Dhiffushi and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and private beach area. the hotel itself is the best and has the best view! the service of every staff are amazing! we really love to go back and book the same hotel!

Captal Island Villa is located in Mathiveri, within 200 metres of Casa Mia Maldives Beach and 200 metres of Stingray Beach. Excellent stay. The hotel managed the transfer from Male Airport to Mathiveri by speedboat, and all the staff were outstanding in wanting to help. We had dinner (buffet), with a selection of local food, fresh fish. The room was very clean, with air conditioning and European 220V, the facilities are new, all the staff speak very good english, and you feel very welcome in Mathiveri where everyone is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Set in Dhangethi, 200 metres from Dhangethi Beach, Sky View by Relax Tours offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Sky View. We felt very welcome from the beginning. Areef met us at the ferry, walked us over to the place, and gave us a welcome drink. He then showed us around the island and made some recommendations for where to eat, swim, and snorkel. He really understands how to take great care of you while also giving you space, which we appreciated. He also fulfilled our only two requests: 1) we asked for and received a Maldivian breakfast instead of the continental breakfast that he planned to serve us; and 2) we were able to change from a room without a window to a room with a window. (Perhaps you won't be able to get/do that during high season, but we stayed there during low season.) The wifi worked very well (but wasn't perfect, as per usual in the Maldives). We booked a whale shark snorkeling tour on our last day and were thankful that Areef worked hard to make sure we spotted several of the amazing animals (as well as some dolphins). The outdoor seating area is very relaxing. You can borrow snorkeling gear for free. We stayed 4 nights and easily could have stayed longer (mostly thanks to Areef)!
