They provide free shuttle to/from airport and also very good price for in town transport (better prices and safer than taxis). The rooms are modern, very clean and spacious. But what makes this property unique is the people. All of the staff learned my name right away. You do not even need to ask for anything - the attentive staff already would have thought ahead to make sure you have all you need. Special thanks to Bobby who works at the front desk - very kind, efficient and helpful gentleman who can solve any request you may have!

Very comfortable setting, feels very safe inside the hotel. The room has everything I needed, especially the water kettle and microwave which is very handy. The small coffee shop on the lower level is really nice - has a good selection of sandwich and pizza etc. Enjoyed beautiful sunrise from my room. Check out the gym on the top floor - awesome view of the APEC Haus - it was a nice surprise. The hotel is in walking distant to the Ela Beach.
