The hotel has an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, with public transport, banks, and shops nearby. We had a spacious two-room suite that perfectly matched the description: toothbrushes replaced daily, slippers, robes, a tea set with black and green tea, and bottled water provided. The room was very clean and bright—no complaints at all! Breakfast at the restaurant on the 21st floor was great. The concierge team was exceptional—always ready to help with anything, even matters unrelated to the hotel. They checked us in late at night, waited for us, and assisted with navigating the city. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like the most valued guests. We left the hotel—and Dushanbe as a whole—with the best impressions. If we return, we’ll definitely stay at the Aram Hotel again!

We were the only guests, but thankfully they allowed us to check in at about 1 a.m. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the garden, with local and fresh foods. Room looked great, with wooden touches. I even was placed in a suite, which had a separate couch.

One of the kindest host I ever met. I arrived at 8:30 am and he let me check in and gave me breakfast. He arranged me shared taxis for reasonable prices. Rooms are clean and cosy. Highly recommended!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to! Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is unbelievably delicious and huge. If you're in Dushanbe - I highly highly recommend staying here! Additionally, the wifi is super fast.

It is very clean hotel comfortable and most importantly I am impressed that they have 24/7 buffet spread available for free. Laundry is also for free. It's a very very comfortable stay for me! Never so impressed before. You won't regret staying here.

I loved my stay at the Soro Hotel. From the modern familial feel of the stay to the extremely hospital owners and staff, I felt like I was family during my stay. I loved how accessible the hotel was to the main road as well as its proximity to the airport. Additionally, the King sized room I stayed in was smaller than I thought, but it was recently renovated and very clean- I was happy about that! One of the best parts was the door to door service from the airport to the hotel by the owner. My departing flight was at 2:00AM, but he still drove me and made sure I made it on time. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and healthy, and I really enjoyed getting to sit outside in the courtyard to eat, do work, or chat with other guests. As an American citizen with Iranian heritage, I felt safe, well cared after, and happy at the Soro Hotel. I recommend it to all!

Best service ever, from the pick up on arrival with a brand new EV to the upgraded room and the excellent restaurant and lounge with snacks and hot drinks 24/7, the guys at the reception counter were just beyond amazing making everything work like magic, hats off! I wouldn't go anywhere else on my next trip
