Staff were very honest - we were informed about the lack of hot water by Tyrel and were moved to a new cabin early the next morning.During the move we forgot the camera which the housekeeper handed in and she checked to ensure it was returned to us. The food was of a good quality and enjoyed the cocktails!

Breakfast was limited for the inclusive package , however it was a good selection . The staff was friendly but a bit chatty in the dining room. The hotel is newly furnished so it has a great clean and modern aesthetic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
