We were treated wonderfully even before check-in. The communication was clear and consistent. The directions to access our duplex villa were accurate and easy to understand. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent. The cooking pots and pans were surprisingly of high quality which was important to us as we are enthusiastic cooks. The wifi was consistent and the satellite tv was great for the few infrequent times we watched it. The onsite laundromat was a Godsend. We had two balconies, a deck and a patio. The apartments are less than a 1/4 mile from the marina which was awesome because we were diving with Dive BVI. We wanted to explore the island a couple of days so the onsite manager was able to arrange a jeep rental that came to the house so it was very convenient.
