The view was amazing, Super clean; I used the laundry service, which was a fantastic next-day delivery. The bed was super comfy, and the amenities were plentiful. I loved the rain shower. They have a great variety of Asian and Western cuisine for breakfast and a la carte menu. The view from the pool bar is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and try to get out of the way to help you and speak better English than the previous hotels I have visited in Vietnam. The hotel is right in front of the beach...you have access to many stores and restaurants...You can go for a run on the promenade.

Featuring a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a bar, Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley is set in the centre of Hanoi, 300 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Wonderful staff! Mr. Jerry and his team were very helpful and friendly. We stayed at the hotel 3 times for a total of 5 nights. The regular rooms were a bit small so if you are planning to stay 2 nights or more, go for the bigger "family rooms" which have more space to spread out and the shower area has a door instead of just a wet area like in a lot of Southeast Asian hotels. The location is great, walking distance to most of the attractions. The front desk staff will organize a car for you if needed. Breakfast is good, served across the street in their sister hotel. A great hotel for the value and absolutely fantastic staff.

Ideally located in Hanoi, Bendecir Hotel & Spa offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything was great! The staff was so nice and caring, the location is superb and the hotel is very comfortable! I would definitely recommend it. It is super central, so walking distance from all main sights, and short car ride for the sights that are not in the centre. Everyone was really welcoming and made sure we were having a nice time. Breakfast is delicious and the views of Hanoi are great! The spa js lovely and we had a wonderful massage. thank you team for everything!
