Everything was exceptionally clean all the time. The room was soundproof and very comfortable. The view was pittoresque. The staff was all the time very helpful and nice. The breakfast and dinner was exceptionally tasty, of good quality, and a lot of varieties.

Everything ! I had The most warm welcome, best service from all staff. I temporary eat gluten and lactose free. This Hotel had great options. Loved the sauna + roof top pool. Loved also that there was a mountain pass included and I could just walk.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff and super swimming pool and spa facilities. Breakfasts were exceptional and waitresses very friendly (as well as being efficient - obviously very well trained). Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of lovely traditional touches with the decor and furnishings. Mini bar was restocked with fresh water and fruit juices every day for free which was a bonus for us.
