I feel that the experience this time was not as good as before. In particular, the dinner selection was noticeably more limited compared to previous stays, and the service staff were not as friendly or enthusiastic. Before my arrival, I had sent a message to the hotel requesting a room on a higher floor, as I was assigned low-floor rooms during my previous stays. Unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled this time either.

Loved the property, very helpful and supportive staff esp at the reception. The rooms and facilites were clean and well organized. Loved the spa and gym. Coffee and beverage all day was spot enjoyed by grandparents and kids where we spent time playing board games. We will surely revisit

We stayed for one week in Zell am See and had an amazing experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – freshly made eggs prepared to your liking, great coffee, plenty of fresh fruit, and a wide variety to choose from every morning. The wellness area with a free sauna and whirlpool was a great bonus after a day out exploring. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile – it made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect – just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy beautiful views and nature.

The rooms all overlook the lake and are both well designed and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly when treated with respect. We spent a full week here on half board and enjoyed the meals which were varied and representative of local cuisine nicely presented. The summer card provided at the hotel and the Salzburg travel card make getting around both easy and in the majority of cases, free. I would definitely return
