The included food, breakfasts and dinners, were superb. With two chefs as the owners, one working front and the other working backroom, every detail was delivered with alpine perfection. Organically sourced, farm to table, here was nothing we did not love.

The amazing view from the infinity pool! Breakfast was buffet-style (other options were available for dinner as well) and offered a wide variety of choices. For dinner, we chose the 3-course menu option, which changed every night, offered great dishes, and was served by the friendly staff. The hotel is very spacious, yet it feels cozy. The on-site parking garage was also a big plus! The room was nice, with a comfy bed, a balcony, and a minibar.

Only 0.6 mi away from the Diedamskopf cable car in Au in the Bregenz Forest, Hotel Alpenrose features a free bicycle hire. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The rooms are really beautiful and the staff is so kind! We loved the breakfast and the location to nearby skiing :) there are cute cows right next door and a little refrigerator with locally produced dairy products. We would like to come back in the summer!
