I even sat in the beautiful breakfast room trying to spot anything made of plastic, just out of curiosity, and found nothing. Everything is thoughtfully chosen, beautifully maintained, and deeply authentic. Breakfast was a highlight—local flavors, homemade delicacies, and served in what feels like a fairytale chapel. The whole experience radiates care and intention. If you’re looking for a place that’s serene, inspiring, and truly sustainable, look no further. I can’t recommend it enough. Just wow.

Very friendly staff, gorgeous view of the Monastery and the vineyard. Great breakfast, with local ingredients. Spacious rooms, probably a bit more separation of the lower and upper areas would be ideal. Please note that tasting and winery visits are available every Tuesday and Saturday morning.

The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!
