The staff were very friendly. We had a little baby and 2 other children and they were so accommodating to us. I have never seen such a hotel, it is made to cater for those with special needs and disabilities as well as recruit them. I loved every aspect of this ❤️ As someone who works with special needs I can't express how much I loved seeing this. Everyone was really friendly and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant 😊

Really beautiful room and setting. Lovely and relaxing. The host was very welcoming and brought us a little takeaway breakfast feast and flask of coffee for the morning as we couldn’t stay for breakfast… one thing to note… the open plan bathroom/toilet bedroom situation was a little odd for us, we made it work but this may not be for everyone.

We loved everything about this beautifully restored apartment. The location, the host, the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Loved the artwork and personal touches. Absolutely recommend staying here, we will certainly return. We had the top floor apartment and very much appreciated the lift - though the food in Ostend is so good we should have used the staircase more!

Renate is the best host you can imagine, she is the soul from this nice and calming place where you instantly feel welcome, free and relaxed. Your day there starts with a lovingly breakfast and with a little group of beautiful deer right before your door. We stayed there 5 days and already love this place so much, that we definitely will come back again!
