Because it was extremely hot we asked for an extra fan to supplement the aircon and this was arranged promptly. We loved the outside pool. We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. Very imaginative, especially the vegetarian options with the shared dessert being wonderful. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The restaurant at The Royal Snail is actually very good - I'd normally return to dine there again if it wasn't for the hotel and the management. It's such a shame that the restaurant is attached to such a problematic hotel operation.

We stopped here on route to Calais and thought it would be a pit-stop but what a surprise. Lovely quiet location, lovely facilities, great interior design, very good breakfast and a pool. book to eat at Au Phil Des Saveurs - 10 min walk - amazing !

    Our suite proved to be excellent—roomy, pristine, and tastefully designed. The four-course dinner served there was truly outstanding, with a variety of wines perfectly complementing each dish. The interior design of both the suite and the entire hotel was exceptional. We also enjoyed a fantastic massage session and made good use of the spa facilities.
