A hangszigetelés nagyon jó, volt az első emeleten is, pedig az ablakok forgalmas utcára nyílnak, de a szomszédos templom harangozása se hallatszik be nagy meglepetésünkre! Világos, tágas szoba. Egyetlen aggodalom, hogy nyáron nagyon meleg lehet, mert légkondi nincs! A közös fürdőszoba makulátlan tiszta, szép, nagy. Kéynelmes ágy, bár sajnos a franciaágy 2 külön álló ágyból áll, ami túl könnyen szétcsúszik. Ingyenes parkolás, bár kevés a hely. Szerencse kell, hogy legyen hely!
