A luxurious hotel located near the center of the town of Spiez and overlooking Lake Thun and Spiez Castle. For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Seaside Spiez Hotel Seaside in Spiez offers stunning views of Lake Thun and the mountains , truly picture-perfect. The staff were warm and helpful, making the stay extra special. My room was clean, with a lake-view balcony perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and but same, and the hotel is just a short walk from the train station. This hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d gladly stay again!

This was our second time staying with Hotel Emmental. My kids requested to stay here again. It's a wonderful, character filled vintage hotel/restaurant filled with Swiss charm. Castle view out the window! Scrumptious breakfast and attentive staff. Located in olde town. Highly recommended!!
