One of our best stays in Costa rica! the staff was very helpful and friendly, as well the hotel manager. They helped as a lot, showed us around the hotel and helped with booking some activities in the area. Got a big room with forest view, was very clean and comfy. Very good location, a few minutes drive from the beach, city center and the national park. 10/10

Fantastic in every parameter. Right on the park, so capuchin monkeys come to the pool area and put on a show. Staff was phenomenally helpful with luggage and parking.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel Villas Nicolas. Very nice breakfast on the side of the swimming pool with fruits and 2 choices of menus: Gallo Pinto or pancakes. Our host Dennis was vey helpful. He was always very nice and available to give advices. The view on the Pacific ocean from our room was awesome with lots of monkeys coming around to play and eat. There was also a couple of scarlet macaws flying around every day. A sloth was sleeping in one of the trees. I was in heaven! The room had a decent size and very clean , bed comfortable but the "hit" was the pateo, furnished with table and chairs + a long couch + the hammock. Very comfy and relaxing! There is a convenient private parking in front of the hotel if you travel by car. The hotel helped us to book activities. A BIG THANK YOU to Dennis and his team.

If you are looking for a million dollar view without paying thousands a night this is your place. Surround def by lush forest means you get amazing wildlife visitors too! Great breakfast and their lunch and dinner menu is fantastic - so fresh and satisfying.

The people at the reception are extremely friendly. anything you need they help you. but they should have a coffee maker in the room. the pool is nice and clean and super cool

Our room #201 was very good! No bugs at any time, no mold and no smells like I read in previous reviews. It was clean, spacious and silent. The hotel truly has direct access to the beach. They also have a restaurant that seems to be closed on Wednesdays only.
