Amazing hotel. The location is great for visiting nearby cities and wonderful hikes. The room was relatively small but had everything we needed. The rooms have air-conditioning which is nice on hotter days. The bathroom was modern and clean. The room is provided with bathrobes and plenty towels, also to take with you to the pool and spa. The spa was amazing and not too crowded. It's the perfect activity on rainy days. The pool was rather cold as I think it's not a heated pool, luckily the whirlpool was hot and super comfortable. The breakfast was extensive, with some hot items, loads of cold cuts and cheese, yoghurt with fruits and toppings, fresh hot drinks, juices and even bubbles. The staff was lovely. They were happy to help in every way they could. Both in German and English.

Beautifully appointed property in the stunning town of Gengenbach. Our room, the outdoor area, spa and restaurants were exceptional. We enjoyed two dinners at Cocette and the breakfasts were lovely.

You can tell this is a business run with care & attention to detail. We loved it! From start to finish, over a 3 night stay we were not lacking for anything. The staff are so friendly and always checking you have everything to make your stay comfortable. The surroundings are second to none. The views are beautiful, it is so peaceful and it’s a very relaxing place to stay. We were a party of 6 ladies looking for a lovely venue for our schnapps getaway. We did a 12 mile schnapps walk one day - it was absolutely stunning. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was perfect - it is a top quality dining experience. I would recommend the 3 course set menu! The food was delicious and every member of our party enjoyed the food. Breakfasts were great - freshly baked good and lots of continental choice, plus cooked eggs and bacon. Rooms were very spacious, spotless and well laid out. Thankyou to the hotel for having us. Top tips: There is a bus running to and from Oberkirch, which is free when you get a ticket from the hotel. They run every hour and it’s only a short journey. The local swimming pool is immaculately kept and a great day to spend the day - 2 pools, a baby pool, diving boards and a slide, plus great little snack bar.

Very nicely designed Hotel, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, good stay with easy parking.

Location is very convenient to the market place and hotel. Walking distance to Christmas Market. And on the top very good breakfast. Very copratiive as arrange room for guest Very much appreciated.

Perfect stay for visiting Alsace Christmas Markets! We wanted to visit Strasbourg and the others and this was a great place to do this. Drive your car 2km and leave it next to the tram station that gets you directly to Strasbourg ! The accommodation is beautiful, everything is new and of good quality! Host is kind and took her time to tell us everything was needed for a great stay.
