The standard room although small has been very well equipped, clean and comfortable! It is easily accessible from the highway, close to railway station. Parking in front of the hotel ( not in the hotel's parking) is almost always available and free of charge.

We requested a dog-friendly room and were thrilled to find one that opened directly onto a patio and the pristine gardens. Our dog loved being able to step straight outside. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to explore the hotel’s spa areas. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was plenty of parking. The gardens were vibrant and well-maintained, and we enjoyed a lovely morning stroll before the unfortunate moment of leaving.

Chose Offenburg because of its location to other points of interest, not for the city itself. The city seems to have adequate shopping and other services, but as I said it was a good pplace to stay whengoing to Strassbourg etc.

We used Offenburg as a hub for exploring the Black Forest.

We used Offenburg as a hub for exploring the Black Forest. We visited the Open Air Museum, Hohenzollern Castle, an old town with a clock shop, and took a hike in the woods. We couldn't do everything we wanted to, but Offenburg made a really great "base of operations."

Excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel. Unique in its category as it was converted from an 19th century prison. Well worth a detour. We enjoyed the restaurant - big menu variety and tasty. Hotel is located close to the autobahns

Great Experience Visiting Offenburg! I had a wonderful visit to Offenburg, Germany, during my trip for CloudFest. The city has a charming atmosphere, with beautiful architecture, friendly locals, and great dining options. It was a perfect place to explore, offering a nice balance between modern conveniences and historic charm. The transport connections were smooth, making travel to Rust and CloudFest effortless. I truly enjoyed my time in Offenburg and would love to visit again!

The local is very convenient and close to the train station, this saves you taxi fare as it is within walking distance. The breakfast which came with the booking was excellent. The room space was just right for my use as I wasn't staying for long. Travelers staying for long should pay particular attention to the size of the beds they choose, as the bed size in my room was small, but convenient. I will visit the place again if I were to visit offenburg in the future

I stayed there because I attended a conference in Europa...

I stayed there because I attended a conference in Europa Park and there all hotels there were fully booked. Transport was easy by train and special bus shuttle of the event. Just sad that I did not have time to enjoy Offenburg.

The staff is good, the location is excellent, the parking is ok, but the hotel is old. The air conditioning is from the last century and is extremely noisy. Now that it's hot, it's impossible to sleep.
