The staff were polite and helpful. Very family friendly. Good buffet breakfast spread. Nespresso machine, pods and hair dryer all available in the room. Generous size bath tub and shower. Location is nice and safe area, subway just adjacent...a small bit of a travel for eiffel tower and attractions, but overall excellent for money

I had a disabled room and it was perfect. There was plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was the best I’ve ever stayed it. It was very large with a fold down seat and a shower curtain that actually reaches the floor to stop the rest of the bathroom getting wet. It’s only 2 bus rides away from the Eiffel Tower. I loved that it was near to Paris and there was a disabled space for me to park in was crucial. Considering there was a busy road outside my window it didn’t wake me in the night. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me. Even spending ages searching for wheelchair taxis when my company let me down. They always said you are welcome when I thanked them. They had a joyful domineer and you could tell that they loved the job.
