We love the location and charm. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, from helping with reservations to packing a great little take-away breakfast for us when we needed to depart at 5am to make our way back to Paris. All of the amenities are exactly right, with just the right level of quirkiness in a remodeled medieval building. We have stayed twice and will absolutely be back again.

Very unique and charming hotel. The rooms have real character, and the common areas are cozy and decorated well.

This Best Western Hotel is located in the historic downtown of Troyes within a pedestrian zone. The property is a former posting office and is decorated with a horse and carriage theme.

Perfect location for visiting Troyes. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Having the private parking nearby was a big plus. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The Mercure Troyes Center occupies a former factory located 1640 feet from the historic center of the city. The hotel has just been completely renovated and offers a chic and cozy decor.

Outstanding location, luxury service. Made from a fully renovated 1500s town house, right in the middle of the neighborhood that is best preserved (or renovated) and increasingly lively with restaurants and nearby museum. This is a really nice place, and I wish I had booked it for two nights instead of just one. Note that there is an underground passage connecting the hotel to the municipal (underground) parking garage, which was especially convenient when it was pouring rain.
