Bed was really comfortable with nice quality sheets, breakfast delicious and very good choice cooked to order, staff friendly and helpful, good shower in ensuite bathroom. Loved seeing the cats and Cupcake the dog. Lovely hotel would stay there again when visiting Brum

The location was great the room was clean and suited my needs with having a child with me. The food shops were close by and it was great just to walk around the area. Staff were fantastic approachable very helpful and very child friendly. I will be booking again and also recommending friends and family to do so . Property is amazing, night life is amazing. I was happy that I was in a room on the 12th floor that had a fridge as I know normally you have to book the executive rooms to have a fridge. The staff was helpful when I arrived and was able to warm up my food from home, as I know some hotels do not allow that.
