Rauhallinen,pieni hotelli, jonka yhteydessä oli erinomaisen hyvä ja tasokas ravintola.Lähellä sijaitsivat rantakaupungit, kuten Rijeka,Opatija ja Lovran. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin pöytiin ja se oli oikein monipuolinen ja halutessaan sai myös kokin paistaman munakkaan eri täytevaihtoehdoilla.

Näissä tilavissa huoneistoissa on kylpyhuone, jossa on joko poreamme tai hierova suihku. Huoneistoilta avautuu näköala Kvarner-lahdelle. Adrianmeri on vain 200 metrin päässä Villa Lupposta.
