The staff were extremely kind and helpful! They stored our bags when we arrived and answered all our questions. Larissa dealt with us and was amazing! We stayed in a 4 single bed room which was quite unique and super helpful for our group travelling. The room had 2 bathrooms and was just super well designed for each bed having its own light and own plug. The room had 2 fans as well were visiting in the summer and everything was clean and comfortable! Bathroom was lovely with great products. Very centrally located, would recommend and would stay again!

This hotel is so nice, the room we had was beautiful. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The location is perfect for close and easy access to the temple bar area. I would recommend and I would stay here again, if the price was right.

Our second stay there, ideal for family trip to zoo with kids and beside Houston station which was very convenient. Ideal location and lovely spacious room (triple room) for kids to move around. Air con was lovely following a warm day.
