The staff were just fabulous, friendly, well presented and so helpful. The ambience of hotel was warm, cosy, classy and welcoming, our room was lovely with great choice of TV channels and the coffee from the cafetiere was a lovely treat. Also, the valet parking was an unexpected bonus. We had lunch in the bar which was stunning.

Staff is really nice, the view was ok (our room was overlooking a pitch), pool had a sauna and a hot jacuzzi with a lot of locker room space. Kiddy pool on the side was a plus. Bathroom had both shower and a bath which is a plus. Staff is very kind and happy to help. Food is very tasty, and the bar is amazing with a lot of wine and cocktails to choose from.

A 15-minute drive from Cork Airport and city center, Oriel House Hotel has a pool, restaurant and bar. The rooms have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Hsk was friendly and the two waitresses at the breakfast, Brasserie by themselves are running the show. No management visible.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious. Trendy decor throughout all of the hotel. Room was gleaming,very comfortable. Lovely bar located inside Restaurant, which serves up a wide variety of dishes to please all. Very tasty. Talented piano player located to side of bar which is a lovely touch. A wide variety of books at this hotel for those who like to read. Gym facilities again very good. Cinema also at this hotel. Thank you to all staff and management for a very pleasant experience.

The food is excellent at Vienna Woods. The cooked breakfast is of the highest quality. The only area for improvement is regarding the continental breakfast. The choice of pastry was limited and that area feels a bit forgotten. However the cooked breakfast more than makes up for that. Vienna Woods clearly uses high quality local ingredients and the chef/ catering team are very talented. We also had dinner there and that is again exceptional. Every part of the dinner was amazing and I felt great value for money. Vienna Woods is perfect location for exploring the city, Cork county and further afield. The building itself is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. The parking is very accessible and there is ample parking available.The majority of the staff are very helpful and friendly.
