The hotel is in a great location and is a terrific establishment. Great rooms Really liked the additional needs stickers at reception - my daughter is autistic and, although she didn't feel the need to make use of them, we were both impressed at the inclusivity and sensitivity.

Fantastic character, nice rooms, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Super comfortable beds! The staff were all lovely and breakfast was decent. Great to see little gems like this still going amidst the larger more soul-less chain hotels. Super location with plenty to do.

The grounds were stunning. The property was clean, cozy and homey. The staff - everyone from reception, bartender to owner - were warm, welcoming, and hospitable. We enjoyed our best meal of our trip at their bar, The Platform Bar. We spent a few hours on our final evening of our trip enjoying some wine, cocktails, and a full meal in the cozy snug by the fireplace.
