L'amabilitat de tot el personal. Les instal.lacions són magnífiques, a destacar la piscina de l'últim pis. L'esmorzar és fantàstic i el servei excel.lent. Els llits són molt còmodes. Un oasis de pau enmig d'una ciutat força caòtica i de fàcil accés des de l'aeroport.
