Fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of Como. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, restaurants, bars, and lakefront, all within walking distance. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a stylish design that still felt warm and relaxing. Staff were excellent throughout the stay, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and check-in. The whole hotel had a calm, premium feel without being pretentious. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Overall, it felt like a much more personal and memorable experience than a standard hotel.

The kindness of the staff, very clean property. We appreciate very much the owner that she gave us a warmer room (more expensive that the room we booked) at the same price.

The owner was exceptionally cheerful and welcoming. She gave us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the cathedral. The breakfast was excellent.

Best stay for the price, I will be happy to come back. Everything you need in one place.

The room was amazing, and the staff was the best!

The view is exceptional as it is directly located on the lake. The location is good as it is walking distance from the centre (about 25 minutes walk) but you can also catch a bus which stops 4 minutes away. There is also a ferry stop (Tavernola) which is 2 minutes walking distance and it is really convenient if you wish to visit other villages on the lake. This stop is for the slow ferry only but it is a great choice if you are on holiday and want to cruise up the lake. The lounge bar in the hotel is also great if you want to just relax in the evening.

Excellent welcome from the host, helpful and attentive. I came for 3 nights, the room was spacious and comfortable enough. Everything was impeccable, correct equipment. The hotel is a few minutes from Chiasso train station, there are restaurants and food stores nearby. Breakfast is served by the host, according to your request, there is also the possibility of making a hot drink or having a cold drink on the ground floor during the night.

Everything was perfect, especially we want to mention the kind Lady, who servered us the breakfast very friendly and professional. Many thanks for the perfect days in your tastefully location.

It was an unbelievable stay. The castle is on the top of a hill, surrounded by nature. Rooms are immaculate, spa very well organised with a lot of saunas. The restaurant… exquisite food, I had the best lamb ever . Breakfast is above the expectations of a top Italian breakfast and … believe me .. I am Italian very picky on food. The bombolone and the caprese cake were unforgettable. Last but not least : location is few minutes from the CH boarder and you can bypass Choassi which is normally very busy , so it is a perfect base to visit the Como Lake and to return to North Europe .
