The staff was very helpful. We were given an umbrella when it rained and allowed to use the ramp instead of the revolving door, since my husband is blind. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were excellent. The hotel and room were impeccable. Location of hotel is excellent.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere, it is a huge flat (or two) converted into small rooms. Even the room was made up in good taste, with nice tapestries. Had a kitchen unit, which may come handy for longer stays. The location is really good. FOR PARKING I recommend you leave your car around 1.5 km away, as you come near Trieste, look for a parking place on the street that has a yellow line marked. Blue line places are payable in all Italy. (And where there is blue line parking, but you also see yellow lines, THERE these are for the disabled, so beware!)

Excellent welcome the staff were extremely accommodating. It was also a Fantastic location as we stayed prior to a cruise and the port was a 5 minute walk so was very accessible. The hotel was also within easy walking distance to bars restaurants and shops.

Superb location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Stunning view from the 5th floor apartment. Washing machine and kitchen equipment in a hotel like setting was really great. If there was a swimming pool for kids, we'd stay for much longer :) We had a lot of bags and we were allowed to use hotel reserved parking to unpack for a little longer than 30 minutes. Nearby public parking is quite convenient.
