Hotel was very old but maintained very good.The front desk guy(forget to ask his name)and girl was working in Cafeteria Sacha was really very nice.We really appreciate both of them.They were very friendly.We really recommend this hotel to stay in Pisa.

Excellent value for money. Clean, spacious modern hotel/room A bit in the middle of nowhere, but there is bus stop nearby.

Our time at Locanda Sant'Agata was fantastic! From Marco's friendly check-in to the exquisite restaurant and typical Italian breakfast, everything was wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring Pisa, Lucca, and nearby villages, set in a peaceful countryside with mountain views. Our Deluxe room was beautiful, clean and comfy! The family-like atmosphere and impeccable service (plus, Gerry, their adorable dog) made our stay very romantic. Meeting the kind mother at check-out was a special touch. For those who savour fine dining experiences marked by culinary brilliance and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend the Sant'Agata restaurant. Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA is located in an Art Nouveau building near the ancient walls in Lucca. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV, and DVD player.

The location is near Lucca old city and the staff are very kind. If you take the room upstairs is a little trick to carry your bags but not a big problem.
