The staff were all amazing, especially Elena at the front desk. The hotel is an old palace right in the center which is worth every penny.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.

Very serene feeling staying in this old monestary. The room was large and the view over Siena to the Tuscan hills was magnificent. Buffet breakfast was great to.

We stayed here for one night on our way further south. Our priority was safe parking for the car and convenience. It was a perfect choice, the location is right outside Siena, it's very peaceful for a night's rest and safe. The room was super clean and the breakfast was as expected, typical for Italy. Would stay here again if back in the area.
