la primera habitació que ens van donar no ens va agradar, l'hotel estava ple i no podien fer res, però des de la recepció es van activar i l'endemà ens va trucar el manager de la recepció per oferir-nos una habitació millor. L'habitació era MOLT millor, per sobre de les expectatives que teniem, però el que ens va agradar és la capacitat de reaccionar de l'hotel, digne d'un palace de veritat. per la resta, l'hotel és netíssim, el servei de descoberta és complet i hem quedat molt contents de les prestacions, el Savoia és un veritable palace, digne de la ciutat elegantíssima com és Trieste.

L'Urban Hotel Design combina l'estil modern i l'elegància, tot en una zona animada del centre de Trieste.
