I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was perfectly clean, updated and modern, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and everything you could need. But what was even MORE than perfect was the staff, particularly VASILY at check in! He is an amazingly aware and perceptive individual, and sensing the need at check in, he instantly took complete control of a situation to ensure my safety. He did this in an unbelievably discrete and professional manner yet with incredible strength and confidence, as well as genuine concern and caring. I don't think I have ever been so impressed with anyone in my life!!! He made me feel completely safe!!! Vasily's actions put this already perfect property off the charts! I cannot say enough!!!

We had the apartment, separate from the main hotel. Perfect. It is about 100m further up the street, on the 3rd (top) floor of an old apartment building. Basically a spacious suite with a large, comfortable and (retro) stylish living room/kitchen-diner in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. This worked well for us as we made our own breakfast and used the apartment’s washing machine. Good restaurants and bars on the street and good walking access to the rest of town. The apartment overlooks a small terraced park through which one can climb up to the cathedral, castle, Winckelman Museum, and a plaza with a view over the city: good for sunset with a drink from one of the kiosks. The hotel staff are great.
